Rules worth knowing before you start
- 1%
- platform fee on every deal - always, whatever the outcome, except for a withdrawn offer.
- 7 days
- is how long an offer waits for the other side to accept. After that it can be withdrawn with a 100% refund.
- 1–90 days
- deal duration to choose from: 1, 7, 30 or 90 days. The clock starts when the offer is accepted.
- 30 days
- is what a guarantor has to resolve a dispute. If they stay silent, the money is split 50/50 and they earn nothing.
